Mutabik Lehem (Arabic Paratha) is arabic style of prataha, fine rolled flour dough ball filled with chicken mince with some eggs and cheese in it, cover like a roll then shallow fry.I made it with little bit changing but its really close to actual recipe and hope all of you will like it 🙂 …its best for Sehri , breakfast, lunch box. Or if you cut it in thin slices its a best snack at tea time.
Ingredients,
For dough, list 1
- Plain flour 3 cups
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
For filling, list 2
- Chicken or mutton mince 500 g
- Ginger garlic chopped 1 tbsp heaped
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
- Fresh coriander 3 tbsp chopped
- Eggs 3
Other ingredients, list 3
- Cheddar cheese
- Oil for cooking
Directions,
4. Add chicken, salt,black pepper, crushed red chili, cumin powder and cook it on high heat until all extra juices from chicken evaporate.
5. Now add fresh coriander , lemon juice and mix.
6. Add 3 beaten eggs, mix well and turn off the heat. Let it cool.
Roll it with help of some oil very thin.Do not use dry flour.
Keep some mince filling on it.
Keep cheddar cheese on it.
and press the fold with fingers to make it slightly thin.
