Ingredients,

  • ready rolled puff pastry sheet   1
  • apple  1  (grene smith apple or any other cooking apple)
  • brown sugar   2 tbsp
  • unsalted butter   1 tsp
  • cinnamon powder   1/4 tsp
  • egg for brushing

Directions,

1.take 1 apple (cooking apple).peel it core it and cut in small cubes.

2.in a pan add,apple,brown sugar,unsalted butter,cinnamon powder.
3.cook it on medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until soft and tender.

4. unroll the puff pastry sheet cut in rectangle shape.brush the edges with egg wash,place apples in center,cover it and press the edges.

5.place it on a baking sheet ,brush with egg wash, bake in a preheated oven on 200 C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
