Beef turn overs (Beef baked samosay)

Ingredients,

  • ready rolled short crust pastry    1 sheet (Samosa dough)
  • beef/chicken mince    250 gm
  • onion 2
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • red chili flakes   1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste   2 tbsp
  • salt   1 tsp
  • garam masala powder   1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder   1 tsp
  • Egg 1 for brushing
  • oil 2 tbsp

Directions,

1. in a pan add 2 tbsp oil,ginger garlic paste,beef mince,1 tsp salt,red chili falkes,garam masala powder, coriander powder.now stir on high heat for 5 -10 minutes.

3.chop onion add 2 tbsp lemon juice,leave it for 15-20 minutes.so the bitter taste of onions will reduce.

4.when beef is tender add onions and stir for 5 minutes on high heat.turn off the heat let it cool.

5. unroll the short crust pastry sheet cut it in 6 squares,brush the edges with egg wash,add 2-4 tbsp of beef mixture in middle,cover it ,press the edges.brush the top with egg wash.

6.place it on baking sheet,bake it on 180 C in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
