Chicken Cigars

Chicken Cigars made with filo pastry(roll pati) ,chicken, cheese.

Serving = You can make almost 3 dozen of chicken cigars from this recipe.

Ingredients,

List 1,

  • Chicken mince  250 gm
  • cheddar cheese  100 gm
  • onion  1/2 cup chopped
  • green chilies  3-4  (3 tbsp chopped)
  • garlic paste  1/2 tsp
  • black pepper powder  1 tbsp
  • salt  1/2 tsp or as required
  • gram masala powder  1/2 tsp

List 2,

  • filo pastry  375 gm  or samosa pati
  • oil for frying

5. Take filo pastry sheets. cut this in half, keep 1 tsp mixture inside roll it. take 2 tbsp plain flour add some water in it, make a thick batter....this will ac as glue while making cigars...seal cigars nicely with the help of this batter so oil can not go inside.
