Spring rolls(chicken and vegetable)

Serving= This recipe will make almost 30 rolls

Ingredients,

  • carrots 1 cup
  • chicken boiled chopped   2 cups
  • cabbage  3/4 cup
  • potato cut in small cubes  1-1/4 cup
  • soy sauce 4 tbsp for whole mixture
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp for chicken
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp for carrots
  • Chinese salt/MSG    1 tbsp
  • salt  1 tsp
  • black pepper  1-1/4 tsp
  • white vinegar  3 tbsp
  • oil for frying
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • spring rolls sheets 1 packet

Directions,

1. grate carrots 2. keep them in a strainer add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp salt.mix well set aside for 10-15 minutes. 3.after 15 minutes press them with hands and drain all juices. throw this juice, set aside carrots.

1. cut potatoes in very small cubes. 2. fry them golden brown. 3. set aside.

5. heat a wok with 4tbsp oil in it. add prepared carrots. stir for 1-2 minutes on high heat.  in this procedure heat should be high .

8. take 2 tbsp of plain flour. mix with water ,make slightly thick paste. This will act as gum in our rolls.
8. take spring roll sheets, keep 2tbsp of this mixture on it and fold it as shown in the pic. at end as shown in pic 5, apply flour paste and seal it as shown in pic 6. seal it very carefully because in frying if oil goes inside, all spring roll mixture and oil will ruin.

9. take spring roll sheets,
keep 2tbsp of this mixture on it and fold it as shown in the pic.
at end as shown in pic 5, apply flour paste and seal it as shown in pic 6.
seal it very carefully because in frying if oil goes inside, all spring roll mixture and oil will ruin.
10. now freeze them or fry them. you can make 25-30 rolls from this mixture.
