Serving= This recipe will make almost 30 rolls
Ingredients,
- carrots 1 cup
- chicken boiled chopped 2 cups
- cabbage 3/4 cup
- potato cut in small cubes 1-1/4 cup
- soy sauce 4 tbsp for whole mixture
- soy sauce 1 tbsp for chicken
- soy sauce 2 tbsp for carrots
- Chinese salt/MSG 1 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
- black pepper 1-1/4 tsp
- white vinegar 3 tbsp
- oil for frying
- garlic 3 cloves
- spring rolls sheets 1 packet
Directions,
2. keep them in a strainer add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp salt.mix well set aside for 10-15 minutes.
3.after 15 minutes press them with hands and drain all juices. throw this juice,but do not press to hard, set aside carrots.
2. fry them golden brown.
3. set aside.
salt 1tsp, soy sauce 4tbsp, white vinegar 3tbsp, Chinese salt MSG 1tbsp, black pepper 1-1/2 tsp. turn off the heat mix well.
keep 2tbsp of this mixture on it and fold it as shown in the pic.
at end as shown in pic 5, apply flour paste and seal it as shown in pic 6.
seal it very carefully because in frying if oil goes inside, all spring roll mixture and oil will ruin.
serve with chili garlic sauce or plain ketchup.
