Baked Chicken

The best low calorie chicken recipe, make it when you plan to diet or want to eat light or you can also eat it as salad with veges.

 

Serving = 2 persons

Ingredients,

  • Chicken breast   2  (450-500 gm)
  • honey  1 tbsp
  • chili sauce  3 tbsp
  • soy sauce  2 tbsp
  • paprika powder  1 tsp
  • cumin powder  1 tsp
  • salt  1/2 tsp or as required
  • garlic chopped  1 tsp

Directions,

1. Mix all above ingredients in a bowl apart from chicken.

2. Take a baking tray, layer thick foil on it...place chicken pieces on it, add all sauces we mix above.
