Balochi Tikka in Highway Style

My favorite foods which I like to eat when I go out side is highway dhaba karahi or any dish which these dhaba’s make I just love them…. and I am always in search of that beautiful recipes which make perfect taste like those dhabas. So I find 1 today.

Syeda Shamsa Azam shared her recipe of Balochi tikka in highway style in a Facebook group….. just amazing and wonderful …. She told me she ate it in a highway dhaba and her brother asked them the recipe and they make it in front of them and give them the exact recipe…. and wow wow wow what a wonderful and easy way of making it. Thanks a lot Shamsa I am so happy I found you with this beautiful recipe and its an amazing recipe for my recipe collection. 🙂

I am giving all credit of this recipe to Syeda Shamsa Azam .Its her recipe and I just make it in a easy way for all of you.

Ingredients,

  • Chicken  700-750 g
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Garlic    150 g ( almost 3 whole )
  • Ginger  3 inch piece
  • Green chilies whole   150 g  (almost  7-8 big)
  • Green chilies chopped  3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice   4-5 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder   1 tsp
  • salt  1 tsp
  • fresh coriander  1 cup chopped

Directions,

1. Cut garlic in thin slices...do not chop it. Julian cut ginger. chop fresh coriander

2. Heat a wok ,add 1 cup oil with garlic. cook for 1 minute on high heat.

3. Now add whole green chilies.

5. Now add chopped chilies and lemon juice. stir and with lid and slow heat cook it for almost 10 minutes.

7. Take off the lid and stir it on high heat until all extra juices from chicken evaporates.  Now add ginger and coriander...stir for 1 minute.
