Balti Chicken

Ingredients,
  • chicken  600 gm small pieces
  • onion 1 medium
  • tomatoes  2 medium
  • ginger finely chopped  1 tbsp
  • garlic finely chopped   1 tbsp
  • yogurt 5 tbsp
  • fresh cream  150 ml
  • fresh green chilies  3-4
  • garam masala powder  1 tsp
  • cumin powder  1 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp (you can also add red chili flakes 1 tsp)
  • kasori methi  1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp or as required
  • oil 1/4 cup
Directions,
1. finely slice onion, cut skin less tomatoes in cubes, cut in half chilies, chop coriander.

4. now add tomatoes, cumin powder 1 tsp, red chili powder 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp. mix well with 1/4 cup water until tomatoes are fully cooked and vanish in gravy.

6. with lid, on low heat cook it for 20 minutes, stir in between so this will not stick to bottom.

7. at end add fresh cream 150 ml and qasori methi 1 tsp. mix well and again with lid, cook it for 5-7 minutes.
