Basic Chicken Karhai

Ingredients,

  • chicken with bones small pieces  600-700 gm
  • tomato big   2-1/2
  • green chilies  2-3
  • garlic paste  1 tsp
  • ginger 1 or 2 inch piece as you like
  • fresh coriander 2-3 tbsp
  • salt  1 tsp
  • black pepper  1 tsp
  • lemon juce  1tbsp

Directions,

1. cut tomatoes in small cubes, cut small pieces of green chilies, Julian cut ginger, chop coriander ... set aside.

2. heat a wok add 1/2 cup oil. add chicken.

3. fry chicken for 6-7 minutes on high heat.

5. again on high heat add tomatoes. Stir until tomatoes are completely tender.

6. now add ginger, green chilies, salt, black pepper, lemon juice ,coriander, stir for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
