  • Chicken wings with skin  800-850 gm
  • plain flour  3 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • dry oregano  1 tsp
  • black pepper  1 tsp
  • baking powder  1 tsp

List 2,

  • garlic cloves  3
  • butter  2 tbsp
  • chili sauce  1/2 cup
  • brown sugar  1 tbsp
  • white vinegar  2 tbsp
  • salt  1/4 tsp or as required

Directions,

1. Take with skin chicken wings, wash them.

3. Coat the wings with this mixture 1 by 1 and keep them in a plate.

4. Keep these wings in fridge for 20-30 minutes.

5. Fry wings in hot oil for about 15 minutes.

7. In a separate wok, add butter 1 tbsp with hand chopped garlic, stir until garlic changes its colour but not brown. now add chili sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar and salt stir for 1 minute.

8. Add fried wings in it.
