Hi 🙂 . I am giving here all time favorite recipes BBQ Platter. Chicken tikka boti, chicken malai boti, chicken tandori boti. Very nice blend of spices ,lovely flavors. BBQ is some thing my husband loves a lot so I always try to make this in special way, today my husband like it a lot,hope all of you like it 🙂 .
I am serving this BBQ Platter with 3 types of chatni, make any 1 of your choice or make all of them.
1. Imli chatni (click here for recipe)
2. Yogurt mint chatni (click here for recipe)
3. green chatni (click here for recipe)
Serving = 6-7 persons
1.For Chicken Tikka boti
Ingredients,
- Boneless chicken cubes  500 gm
- yogurt  3 tbsp
- cream  1 tbsp
- oil  1/8 cup
- green chili paste  3 tsp
- ginger paste  1 tbsp
- garlic paste  1 tbsp
- garam masala powder  1 tsp
- lemon juice  3 tbsp
- salt  1 tsp or as required
- kashmiri red chili powder  1 tsp
- cardamom powder  1/4 tsp
- orange food colour  1/4 tsp
- carom seeds (ajwain) Â 1 tsp
- white cumin seeds 1 tsp
- fennel seeds  1 tsp
Directions,
Now add grinned spices with all above remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Marinate it for 1 hour or if you have time marinate it over night.
2.For Chicken Malai Boti
Ingredients,
- Boneless chicken cubes  500 gm
- oil  1/8 cup
- garlic paste  1 tbsp
- ginger paste  1 tsp
- fresh cream  4 tbsp
- yogurt  3 tbsp
- white vinegar  2 tsp
- salt  1 tsp or as required
- green chili paste  2 tsp
- white pepper powder  1 tsp
- lemon juice  4 tbsp
- cumin powder  1 tsp
- coconut powder  1-1/2 tsp
Directions,
3.For Chicken Tandori Boti
Ingredients,
- Boneless chicken cubes  500 gm
- lemon juice  3 tbsp
- ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
- white pepper powder  3/4 tsp
- cream  2 tbsp
- cheddar cheese  3 tbsp
- salt  1 tsp or as required
- garam masala powder  1 tsp
- butter  2 tbsp
- caraway seeds  1/4 tsp
- egg  white  1
- green chili paste  1 tbsp
- yogurt  4 tbsp
- yellow food colour  1/4 tsp
Directions,
I do this because in cooking all extra juices from chicken will drop down, and it will perfectly cook.
(Keep the wooden skewers in water before using them so they will not burn)
bake for 15 minutes 1 side ,then turn other side and bake for another 15 minutes, this way they will equally bake from each side.
