Ingredients,

  • chicken 300-350 gm
  • ready rolled puff pastry  300 gm
  • onion 1 medium
  • oil  3 tbsp
  • garlic chopped  1/2 tbsp
  • salt  1/4 tsp
  • White pepper  1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce  1 tbsp
  • egg for egg wash
List 2 For white sauce
  • butter  3 tbsp
  • plain flour  3 tbsp
  • milk 2 cups
  • salt  1/4 tsp or as required
  • white pepper  1 tsp
  • single cream 1/4 cup

Directions,

1. First for white sauce ,take a pan add butter 3 tbsp. 2. Now add plain flour 3 tbsp. 3. stir on medium heat for 1 minute. do not burn it. we just want to finish the raw taste of flour.

Brush with egg. prick the center 2-3 times with fork.Preheat oven on 180 C , and cook the pie for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
