Chicken sweet chilli

Ingredients,

  • boneless chicken   400gm
  • capsicum   1
  • onion 1 medium
  • garlic chopped 1 tsp

  • chili garlic sauce  1 tbsp
  • oyster sauce   2 tbsp
  • bar b q sauce   1 tbsp
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • black pepper  1 tsp
  • corn flour  3-1/2 tbsp
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • white vinegar  1 tsp
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Directions,

1. cut capsicum and onion in small cubes.

2. cut boneless chicken in small cubes, add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp corn flour. mix well. set a side for 5-10 minutes.

7. mix 1 tbsp corn flour in 1/4 cup water. add in ...stir then add 1/4 cup hot water in. turn the heat to medium. cook it for 1-2 minutes.  serve hot with Chinese egg fried rice or plain rice.
