Chicken White Qorma

Serving = 6-7 persons

Ingredients,

  • Chicken  1 kg
  • yogurt  1/2 kg
  • onion  2 small
  • blanched almonds  25-26
  • cream  1/2 cup
  • ginger paste  1 tbsp
  • garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • white pepper powder
  • oil 1/2 cup
  • garam masala  1 tsp
  • nutmeg powder  1/4 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp or as required
  • small cardamom  7-8
  • big cardamom 4
  • cloves  8-9
  • cinnamon stick  1-2
