Crispy Fried Chicken Wings with crispy potato fries

Serving = 4 persons

Ingredients,

  • chicken wings with skin   700-800gm
  • plain flour   4 tbsp
  • corn flour 2 tbsp
  • egg 1
  • soy sauce 5 tbsp
  • white vinegar  3 tbsp
  • salt  1 tsp
  • paprika   1 tbsp
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • garlic paste  1tbsp
  • garlic powder  1/2 tsp
  • garam masla powder  1/4 tsp
  • turmeric  powder  1/4 tsp
  • meat tenderizer powder  1 tsp
  • potatoes  2-3

Directions,

1. wash chicken wings. mix all above ingredients with 2-3 tbsp water.  marinate wings in it for 1 hour.

2. fry them . first on high heat for 2 minutes, then on medium heat for 6 minutes , again on high heat for 2 minutes. take out on paper towels.
3. in remaining wings better add 3 potatoes.
