Chicken Achari Karhai

Ingredients,

  • chicken  500gm
  • onion  3
  • yogurt  4 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste   2 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • vegetable oil   1/4 cup
  • garam masala powder   1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder   1/2 tsp
  • whole cumin    1 tbsp
  • whole coriander   2 tbsp
  • red chili flakes   1/2 tsp
  • green chili pickle   7-8 or as much you like (you can also add mix vegetable pickle in it)

1.heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan add slice onions,cook them until lightly cooked,then add ginger garlic paste.

5.now add yogurt and cook it with lid on for about 25 minutes on slow heat.

6.after 20-25 minutes add salt,red chili flakes,turmeric powder,garam masala  powder,and rosted crushed cumin and coriander masala we made before,and 1 tbsp lemon juice . stir it on medium heat for about 5 minutes,then add fresh green chilies or green chili pickle.

6.after 20-25 minutes add salt,red chili flakes,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,and rosted crushed cumin and coriander masala we made before,and 1 tbsp lemon juice . stir it on medium heat for about 5 minutes,then add chili pickles, and with lid on cook it on very low heat for 5 minutes.
serve hot with naan. you can also add mix pickle instead of chili pickles.
