So many recipes so many variations. This fried chicken recipe is simple and quick made with my favorite brand National ready made spices from Pakistan. I am using small chicken legs, you can use any part of the chicken you like.

What I actually feel if you are scared of making recipes with scratch then make them with ready made spice mixes and these are even better than takeaways ,because these are homemade…. making these tasty things at home will give your kids a lot more cleaner and healthy food, trust me it’s not difficult at all.

Ingredients

  • Chicken with bones 1 kg
  • National broast masala packet   2
  • Chili sauce   6 tbsp
  • White viniger  4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Take chicken pieces, wash clean and dry them.

Now add chili sauce, white vinegar, and gg paste.

Mix well and cook for almost 15 minutes or until all extra juices dry.

Now let it cool slightly.

Keep chicken pieces on a tray. Sprinkle almost 1 packet national broast masala on it.

Make paste with other packet of national broast masala and some water. Dip chicken pieces in it and fry.
The box of national broast masala which you can see in picture has 2 packets inside.

Serve with fried chips and salad.
