Frozen Crispy Chicken Wings

This is the recipe of how to make frozen chicken wings, its a perfect snack for kids,or any party, just make and freeze it and when ever any ones hungry just fry them. you can increase the amount of chili in it if  you want spicy, but i am making it for my kids so i am adding less chili.

Serving = 5-6 persons

Ingredients,

List 1

  • Chicken wings with skin   1 kg
  • soy sauce  1/8 cup
  • white vinegar  1/8 cup
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • green chilies  paste  1-1/2 tbsp
  • garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • ginger  paste  1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce  3 tbsp

List 2 for coating

  • self rising flour  1/2 cup
  • corn flour  1/2 cup
  • rice flour  1/4 cup
  • chat masala  3 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • small cardamom powder  1/4 tsp
  • cumin powder  1/4 tsp

Directions,

1. Take 1 kg chicken wings with skin, or use with out skin if you don't eat them with skin. Wash them properly.

3. Now cook them on high heat until all juices evaporates, stir continuously so they cook from each side properly. this will take 10 minutes almost.

4. In a separate bowl add all list 2 ingredients and sift them so they mix properly and there will be no lumps of any spice or flour.

7. Now arrange a plastic bag on a plate and coat them again with flour coating 1 by 1 and arrange them on that plastic bag, keeping some space in between. Now freeze them.

8. When they are completely freeze keep them in a air tight bag in freezer and fry them when ever you want to.

  2. What is self rising flour??
    And caradomom powder means grind the black caradomom and make a powder??

    • its small cardamom powder,….. grind ilaichi and use
      self raising flour is …flour 1 cup + 2 tsp baking powder
