  • Chicken   650-700 g
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped  1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed  1 tsp
  • Roasted crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Yogurt  1/2  cup
  • Garam masala powder   1 tsp
  • Ginger and fresh coriander for garnish

1. Heat oil in a wok, add chicken.

2. Stir on high heat until chicken change it colour.

6. Bhuno for 5-6 minutes till oil separates.
