A different style Chinese recipe Mushroom Chicken in Oyster Sauce with tender chicken and yummy flavour of oyster sauce. Easy and quick recipe so do try and give your feed backs 🙂

Ingredients,
List 1,
- Chicken boneless 400 g
- Mushroom sliced  1 cup
- Spring onion  3
- Oil  3-4 tbsp
- Oil for frying
List 2,
- Salt  1 tsp
- Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
- Sugar  1 tsp
- White pepper  1 tsp
- Corn flour  2 tbsp
- Cold water  2 tbsp
List 3,
- Soy sauce  4 tbsp
- Oyster sauce  3 tbsp
- Sugar  1 tsp
- White pepper  1 tsp
- White vinegar  1 tbsp
- Cornflour  1-1/2  tbsp
- Water  1/4 cup
- Chicken cube  1
- Hot water  1-1/2 cup
Garlic Rice Ingredients,
- Garlic chopped  1 tbsp
- Rice  3 cup boil with salt
- Spring onion  2
- Salt as required
- Oil  2-3 tbsp
Directions,
(I am using frozen mushrooms)
Now fry these chicken pieces.
And in 1/4 cup cold water mix 1-1/2 tbsp corn flour. set a side.
Add from list 3 oyster sauce, soy sauce, and white part of green onions. Cook for 30 seconds.
Now add fried chicken and mushrooms, stir on high heat for few more seconds.
Now add sugar 1 tsp and white pepper 1 tsp and mix well.
Its done 🙂
Garlic Rice
Then add boiled rice with salt .Stir on high heat for 1 minute.
Serve hot .
