Peri Peri Chicken Roast

Ingredients,

  • whole chicken with skin  700-750 gm
  • peri peri hot marinade   5 tbsp  or peri peri hot or mild sauce  5 tbsp
  • salt  1 tsp
  • garlic minced  1 tbsp
  • soy sauce    4 tbsp
  • smoked paprika   or paprika powder 1 tbsp
  • black pepper   1/2 tsp
  • white vinegar   3 tbsp
  • meat tenderizer   1 tsp

Directions,

1. in a large bowl add peri peri marinade sauce,salt,white vinegar,black pepper,soy sauce,smoked paprika,mix well.

2.tight legs of chicken,marinate it in above mixture for over night or if not possible marinate it for 1 hour.

3.preheat oven on 180 C. Bake chicken in a roasting pan with potato veges for 35 minutes. after 35 minutes turn the oven off and don’t open the door for 5 minutes. after 5 minutes open the door and serve, cook remaining marinate in a pan until slightly thick, pour it on the roast, you can also use skinless chicken .
