Ingredients
100 g Pistachio
Hot water as required
Directions
- Boil pistachio in 3 cups water for 10 minutes
- Sieve and throw all water
- Spread these pistachio on a clean cloth and take off the skin by rubbing the pistachio on the cloth with your hands.
- Rub them until all skin off. Throw the skin.
- Now make a paste in a blender or chopper, also add some water if needed.
- Homemade pistachio paste is ready. You can keep this in fridge for 1 week and in freezer for 1 month.
