Easy homemade pistachio paste

Ingredients

  • 100 g Pistachio

  • Hot water as required

Directions

  • Boil pistachio in 3 cups water for 10 minutes
  • Sieve and throw all water
  • Spread these pistachio on a clean cloth and take off the skin by rubbing the pistachio on the cloth with your hands.
  • Rub them until all skin off. Throw the skin.
  • Now make a paste in a blender or chopper, also add some water if needed.
  • Homemade pistachio paste is ready. You can keep this in fridge for 1 week and in freezer for 1 month.
