- For Pistachio Ganache
100 ml Whipping Cream (35 %butter fat)
50 g Pistachio Paste
115 g White Chocolate
Directions
- Bake Green color macaron shells by using this macaron recipe.
- Now for pistachio ganache, take pistachio paste or make it at home by using this homemade pistachio paste recipe.
- Heat cream and pistachio paste in a sauce pan until reaches 35 C. Stir continuously to mix them both well.
- Mean while melt white chocolate in a bowl on bain marie.
- Pour the pistachio cream on chocolate and stir until combine.
- Cover with cling wrap and leave it for 24 hours. Then pipe in the macron shells with a pastry bag.
