Beef Sheesh Kabab

Serving = 4 persons

Ingredients,

  • beef mince   250 gm (50% meat and 50% fat)
  • onion small  2
  • green chili   2
  • fresh coriander   20 gm
  • bread  1 piece
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • salt  1 tsp  or as required
  • garam masala   1 tsp
  • nutmeg powder     1/4 tsp
  • meat tenderizer powder    1/4 tsp
  • ginger  minced 1 tbsp
  • garlic minced  1 tbsp
  • oil  2- 3 tbsp

Directions,

1 in a chopper chop onion,ginger ,garlic.take out in a bowl.

2.in chopper add beef mince,bread slice,butter,coriander,green chili,salt,garam masala,nutmeg powder,meat tenderizer,chop them until very smooth.

7. you can make 11 or 12 sheesh kabab with 250 gm beef .

9.fry sheesh kababs for 10 minutes or until light brown.

9.with 2-3 tbsp oil ,fry sheesh kababs for 10 minutes or until light brown.

10 .have them with tamarind dip(click to see the recipe) ,onion slices and paratha.
