- fresh coriander 20 gm

- butter 1 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp or as required
- garam masala 1 tsp
- nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
- meat tenderizer powder 1/4 tsp
- ginger minced 1 tbsp
- garlic minced 1 tbsp
- oil 2- 3 tbsp
