Imli podina Chatni/Tamarind mint Dip

Ingredients,

  • tamarind   150 gm
  • mint  leaves    25 gm
  • green chili     1
  • garlic cloves   4-5
  • salt  1/2 tsp or as required
  • cumin    1 tsp

Directions,

1. soak tamarind in hot water for 15 minutes
