This is my favorite way of making spaghetti, my family love eating this. I am making spaghetti in this style for more than 10 years, I learnt this from 1 of my aunt(khala) … so try it and am sure all of you like it.
3. Now we will flavor the spaghetti… take a wide pan, add 2 tbsp oil with 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic and 2 chicken cubes, stir on medium heat until chicken cubes dissolves in it. but do not burn them.
6. Now mix them ,and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes…so all flavors will go init….taste salt if you feel its less add more because chicken cube and soy sauce have already salt in them. set it aside.
9. stir it until all extra juices from chicken evaporate, this will take almost 10 minutes…and because it is chicken mince ,it will cook in this time, but if you feel its still raw, turn the heat low and let it cook some more.
