My husband loves to eat chicken tikka, so I try to make it in different ways…. This chicken I made has mild creamy flavors in it…and at last I brown it on Tawa, that will give it a nice crisp outside so soft and creamy inside and crispy outside… serve it with nando sauce that will taste best but you can also serve it with any sauce of your choice.
Serving= 3-4 persons
Chicken leg pieces 1 kg (You can also use chickeen breast pieces)
yogurt 3 tbsp heaped
soured fresh cream 3 tbsp heaped (you can also use fresh cream)
cornflour 3 tbsp
salt 1 tsp or as required
red chili flakes 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
lemon juice 4-5 tbsp
