Creamy Pan Chicken

My husband loves to eat chicken tikka, so I try to make it in different ways…. This chicken I made has mild creamy flavors in it…and at last I brown it on Tawa, that will give it a nice crisp outside so soft and creamy inside and crispy outside… serve it with nando sauce that will taste best but you can also serve it with any sauce of your choice.
Serving= 3-4 persons

Ingredients,

  • Chicken leg pieces   1 kg (You can also use chickeen breast pieces)
  • yogurt  3 tbsp heaped
  • soured fresh cream  3 tbsp heaped   (you can also use fresh cream)
  • cornflour  3 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp or as required
  • red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • garam masala powder  1 tsp
  • lemon juice 4-5 tbsp

Directions,

1. clean chicken legs,give 2-3 deep cuts in them, add all above ingredients, marinate them over night, if you don't have time marinate it for 2 hours.

2. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil ,keep chicken pieces on it, with lid on low to medium heat cook them for 15-20 minutes.

after 20 minutes, turn the heat high ,until all extra juices evaporate.

4. Now take a flat pan or tawa, add 3-4 tbsp oil on it. keep chicken pieces on it, cook them until lightly brown.

serve with nando sauce...because the flavors of this chicken are so mild and creamy...so Nando sauce will go awesome with this :)
