Chapli Kebab

Serving = This recipe will make 6 medium sized kebabs

Ingredients,

List 1

  • Mutton mince  300 gm
  • egg beaten  1/2

List 2

  • dry whole coriander  1 tbsp
  • red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • dry pomegranate seeds (anardana)  1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder  1 tsp
  • garam masala powder  1 tsp
  • salt  3/4  tsp or as required
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • onion medium  1
  • tomato  medium 1
  • green chili  1
  • fresh coriander  1/8 bunch
  • ginger garlic finely chopped   1 tbsp
  • gram flour (besan)  1-1/2 tbsp

Directions,

1. Finely chop onion, tomato, green chili, fresh coriander... make sure to chop them with knife not in a chopper for the perfect texture of kababs....but chop them very fine so the kababs will not break.

2. Now take dry whole coriander crush it in a crusher with hands, add this in a bowl with mince, then add all above chopped veges, and all remaining list 2 ingredients.

3. now mix it and leave it in fridge for 20-30 minutes.

4. Take out from fridge add 1/2 egg mix it, heat oil on a flat pan make kababs and fry them, almost for 7-8 minutes on slow to medium heat.

Kababs are ready, serve with naan, paratha or you can also make sandwich with them. or eat them as it is.
