Chicken Corn Soup

Serving = 2-3 persons

Ingredients,

  • Chicken Stock 6 cups (Use 1 chicken cube with 6 cups of water if you don’t have stock)
  • Chicken breast  1  (250 gm almost)
  • cream of corn  200 gm
  • salt  as required
  • white pepper  1 tsp
  • green chili  1
  • corn flour 3 tbsp
  • egg white  1
  • oil  2 tbsp
  • soy sauce  for serving
  • chili sauce for serving
  • white vinegar with fresh green chopped chilies for serving

 

Directions,

1. Take chicken breast ,cut it in very small cubes. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil with this chicken.

3. Now add 6 cups chicken stock and let it boil, then add cream of corn and green chili. Now dessolve corn flour with some water ,add in and stir .Turn the heat on medium and let it simmer for 7-8 minutes.

4. Add white pepper and on slow heat add 1 beaten egg white ,stir it continuously. Turn off the heat.
