Chicken fritters, chicken pakoray in other words….nice Chinese flavors chicken pakoray you will love them.

Serving = 4 persons

Ingredients,

  • chicken boneless  300-350 g
  • green onion  3
  • fresh coriander  4 tbsp
  • green chili  1
  • eggs  2
  • corn flour  4 tbsp
  • plain flour  4 tbsp
  • salt  3/4  tsp  or as required
  • soy sauce  2 tbsp
  • chili sauce  1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce  1 tbsp
  • oil for frying

Directions,

1. Chop green onions, green chili, and coriander.

2. cut small and thin pieces of chicken ,try to keep it on chopping board and chop it like mince.... Now add all above ingredients in a bowl.

4. Heat oil, with the help of a spoon drop fritters in hot oil.

5. Cook them turning both sides for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
