Kafta Kebab

Ingredients,

  • lamb/goat mince with fat  1/2  kg
  • onion  1 small
  • parsley chopped 1/2 cup
  • ginger garlic paste  1tbsp
List 2,
  • sumac powder  1/2 tsp
  • black pepper crushed  1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg powder  1/4 tsp
  • paprika powder  1/2 tsp
  • salt  1 tsp or as required
  • roasted crushed cumin  1 tsp
Directions,
1. In a chopper ,chop onion, take out in a bowl, now in same chopper, chop meat mince with all list 2 spices.
