Mint yogurt Dip/Podina Raita

Ingredients,

  • fresh mint leaves   25 gm
  • green chili  1
  • fresh garlic cloves  4
  • yogurt   25 gm
  • salt  1/2 tsp or as required

1. separate the mint leaves from stems.wash them.

3. crush it well ,or u can also use chopper for crush them.but the taste of hand crushed dip is different than chopper chopped dip.

4.now beat yogurt with fork.add mint crushed mixture and salt.mix well.
