Peri Peri Juicy Wings

Serving = 4 persons

Ingredients,

  • Chicken wings with skin  750-800 gm
  • peri peri sauce medium 1/4 cup
  • garlic cloves 7-8
  • soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • white vinegar  3 tbsp
  • red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp

Directions,

1. Cut garlic in fine slices like shown in picture...

2. Mix all above ingredients in a bowl.

3. Marinate Chicken wings in it for 1 hour.

4. After i hour add wings in a wok with all marination, turn on the heat on high ,cook and stir for 10 -12 minutes.

5. now on low heat with lid cook them for 15-20 minutes or until nicely tender. then again on high heat stir and cook until all juices evaporates.
