Facebook Pinterest 2. now chop garlic very fine.add in a bowl ,add tomatoes, add pinch salt and pinch freshly ground black pepper. add extra virgin olive oil and freshly chopped coriander.try to use best quality extra virgin olive oil because all taste of tomatoes depends on that. now mix well, keep it in fridge until needed.
