Homemade Tomato Paste
Tomato puree ready to go into the freezer (you can freeze them up to 60 days)
2 tomatoes with skin washed, make paste with out water, keep in a freezer bag and freeze … for 1 curry 2 tomatoes paste bag is enough.
You can use them in your daily meat and vegetable curries , pilaf , biryani etc. Very easy to use just put in like fresh tomatoes and you will see how easy it is to make gravy, no more big chunks of tomatoes in your gravy.
