How to make Beef Samosa
Samosa is the most favorite snack of all time in Pakistan. We all love it. Different people make it with different fillings and tastes. Thinking of beef samosa reminds me of my childhood memories where my mom used to make them for us. Our freezer was always full of these frozen tasty stuff like chicken/beef/vege samosas, spring rolls, kebabs etc.
For making the best Beef Samosa you should use the best quality meat that does not have any fat on it. Better way is to buy your own fresh meat then mince it.
I used home made samosa patti in this recipe, you can also use store bought if you want.

Ingredients
- Beef mince 250 g
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander a hand full

- Onion 3 medium
- Green chili 1
- Salt 1-2 tsp or as required
- Coriander crushed 1-1/2 tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1-1/2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
