How to make Beef Samosa

Samosa is the most favorite snack of all time in Pakistan. We all love it. Different people make it with different fillings and tastes. Thinking of beef samosa reminds me of my childhood memories where my mom used to make them for us. Our freezer was always full of these frozen tasty stuff like chicken/beef/vege samosas, spring rolls, kebabs etc.

For making the best Beef Samosa you should use the best quality meat that does not have any fat on it. Better way is to buy your own fresh meat then mince it.

I used home made samosa patti in this recipe, you can also use store bought if you want.

Serving = makes about 24 

Ingredients

  • Beef mince   250 g
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander a hand full

List 2,

  • Onion  3 medium
  • Green chili 1
  • Salt  1-2 tsp or as required
  • Coriander crushed  1-1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed  1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  3-4 tbsp

1. Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, garlic paste and beef mince.

2. Stir for 5-6 minutes.

3. Add some water, cook it until its cooked nicely almost for 25 minutes.

4. Chop onions with chopper and green chilies and coriander with knife.

5. When mince is nicely done, turn the heat high and cook it until dry. Then add all list 2 ingredients.

6. Mix and cook for 1 minute.

7. Turn off the heat, add fresh coriander.

8. Mix and let it cool nicely before fill it in samosas.

I am using these home made samosa patti ,you can also use store bought.

10. Make samosas.Fill almost a tbsp of this filling in each samosa.

11. Fry them on medium heat.
