Yummy, quick and easy Frozen Parathy… one of the most requested recipe on my website so at last i made them and my family love it…hope all of you like it as well 🙂

Serving = makes about 6 medium size parathy

Ingredients,

  • Plain flour (maida)   500 g  (you can also use wheat flour)
  • Margarine/butter/ghee  1/8 cup
  • salt  1/2 tsp
  • sugar  1/8 cup
  • baking powder   1-1/2  tsp

Other ingredients,

  • butter or margarine or ghee   as requied
  • flour  as required

Directions,

1. Add all list 1 ingredients in a bowl...make soft dough with help of tap water.

5. Apply 3-4 tbsp butter/margarine/ghee on it and dust some flour.

6.Cut it in thin strips with knife.
7. Start rolling 1 strip till end...then press it .

9. Keep 1 piece of rolled dough on another and roll them ...use some dry flour if needed but not too much.

  5. Hi.shud we keep each paratha on wax paper between and freeze or just.
    Please can u explain the freezing method cleaning.
    So that the paratas dnt stick with each other when taking back.
