A simple way of making yogurt dip. Add some grated cucumbers in yogurt with other ingredients and we call it Cucumber Raita. Serve it with pulao, biryani or any other curry.
Ingredients
- Yogurt 250 g
- Cucumber grated 1/2 cup
- Green chili 1 (chopped)
- Mint 10-12 leaves (chopped)
- Black rock salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Salt as required
