Gremolata or gremolada is a green sauce made of chopped parsley, lemon zest, and garlic. It is the standard accompaniment to the Milanese braised veal shank dish ossobuco alla milanese. Gremolata is also used as a garnish.But you can use it also with fish and other meats. It is originally from Italy.
- Extra virgin olive oil 100 g
- Parsley chopped 3 tbsp
- Lemon zest 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt/black pepper as required
