Baked yogurt Chicken

Ingredients,

  • Chicken with bones small pieces   800 gm
  • yogurt   4 tbsp
  • salt   1 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • nutmeg powder   1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice   3 tbsp
  • garlic paste   1 tbsp
  • meat tenderizer  1/4 tsp
  • oil   4 tbsp
  • onion   1

Directions,

1.in a bowl add yogurt,salt,garam masala,nutmeg powder,garlic paste,oil,lemon juice mix well then marinate chicken in it.

2.preheat the oven on 200 C.bake the chicken for 30 minutes.

3 now take out the roasting pan from oven.take out all juices in a frying pan.roast the chicken again on 200 C for 10 minutes.

4. in chicken juices on high heat cook cubed onion until all juices evaporate.

6. mix these onions in baked chicken .serve.

7. serve it with imli chatni/tamarind dip or mint yogurt/podina raita.
