Honey soy Tuna Steak with fried vegetables

Ingredients,

For Tuna Steak,

  • Tuna steak pieces 2
  • soy sauce  4 tbsp
  • honey   1 tbsp
  • pinch of salt
  • black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tsp
  • fresh coriander  4 tbsp
  • butter  2 tbsp
  • Italian seasoning  1/4 tsp
  • fresh garlic cloves  4

For fried vegetables,

  • mix  vegetables 1 cup
  • fresh mushrooms   150 gm
  • garlic paste  1/2 tsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • butter 1 tbsp

Directions,

1.for marination ,in a bowl add 4 tbsp soy sauce,1 tbsp honey,1 tbsp lemon juice,1/4 tsp black pepper,2 tbsp butter,2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander,crushed fres garlic,pinch of salt.mix well.

2.marinate the tuna steak in it for 30 minutes.

3.after 30 minutes heat a pan,and cook tuna each side for 5 minutes.total 10 minutes.

4.turn off the heat,take out the tuna in a plate with the marination juices

5.now heat another pan add butter and garlic paste.

5.now heat another pan add 1 tbsp butter and 1/2 tsp garlic.
6.add sliced mushrooms in it.

7. add mix vegetables,salt black pepper,soy sauce. stir well on high heat for 3 minutes.serve with tuna steak
