Ingredients, list 1

  • boil channa dal  or  boil chickpeas 50 g    1/2cup
  • boil chicken chopped (optional)   50 g    1/2 cup    
  • onion 1  medium
  • fresh coriander chopped  3 tbsp
  • fresh  mint leaves chopped  8-10
  • green chili chopped 1
  • cumin  1 tsp
  • bread crumbs 3-4 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper  1/4 tsp

List 2,

  • spinach leaves    5-6
  • lemon juice  2 tbsp

List 3,

  • gram flour (besan)   6 tbsp
  • rice flour  3 tbsp
  • salt  1/4 tsp
  • red chili powder  1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice  1 tbsp

Directions,

1. in a chopper ,chop all list 1 ingredients. set aside.

2. now from list 2 ,finely chop with knife spinach leaves. add them in chop channa masala, with lemon juice.
