Chicken Chapli Kabab

Ingredients,

  • chicken mince   350 gm
  • hard boil eggs   2
  • egg  1
  • bread crumbs   3 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • onion very fine chopped 1 small
  • coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
  • cumin seeds crushed  1 tbsp
  • dried pomegranate seeds (anar dana)   1 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • garam masala powder  1 tsp
  • black pepper crushed  1/2 tsp
  • red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp

1-2 tomato and oil for frying

1.take two hard boil eggs, chop them with knife.

3. make long flat kabab shape and keep a tomato slice in middle, press with hands.

4. now fry chapli kabab on tomato side first on medium heat in hot oil.first cook completely 1 side, when its done then turn it.

serve with raw onion,tamarind dip or yogurt dip.
