Spinach and Cheese Kebab

Serving= 4 persons

Ingredients, list 1

  • Boiled potatoes  650-700 gm
  • salt  3/4 tsp or as required
  • Worcestershire sauce  3 tbsp
  • soy sauce  2 tbsp
  • red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • black pepper  1/2 tsp

  • mozzarella cheese  100 gm
  • salt  1/4 tsp
  • black pepper crushed  1/2 tsp
  • Green onion medium  2
  • plain flour for coating   1 cup

List 3

  • Plain flour  3 tbsp
  • corn flour  3 tbsp
  • egg  1 ( don’t add egg if you are vegetarian)
  • salt  1/4 tsp

Directions,

1. Take 1/2  cup blanched spinach, chop it with knife on a chopping board.

3. In another bowl add all list 1 ingredients, Mash them nicely, then add spinach cheese mixture and green onions chopped, now mix them with light hands.

5. Coat all kebabs with plain flour .
