Spinach filled Chicken Pockets with sauce

Serving= 2 persons

Ingredients,

  • Chicken breast  2  (400-450 gm)

  • mustard paste   1-1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce  2 tbsp
  • black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • ginger finely chopped  1/2 tsp
  • garlic finely chopped  1 tsp

  • butter  2 tbsp
  • flour 2 tbsp
  • milk 250 ml
  • black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • green chilies  1
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1-1/2 tbsp
  • nut meg powder  a pinch
  • salt to taste or 1/4 tsp

1. Take 1 chicken breast, keep this in a clean plastic bag.

5. Apply this mixture on chicken both sides nicely... marinate it for 15 minutes.

6. Take blanched spinach, chop it on chopping board with knife.

8. Take marinated  chicken, keep 3 tbsp spinach mixture on it.

10. Heat a pan , add 3 tbsp oil, cook chicken rolls in it.

11. When they are golden from 1 side turn them carefully. cook them for almost 15 minutes on slow to medium heat.

For green chili white sauce

1. For sauce, take 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add plain flour and cook it for 30 seconds on slow heat.

2. Add 250 ml milk , stir and let it boil.
3. Add salt 1/4 tsp,black pepper 1/4 tsp, chopped green chili 1, Worcestershire sauce 1-1/2 tbsp, stir and cook.
4. at end add lemon juice 1 tbsp and nutmeg powder a pinch cook until thick like a sauce.
turn off the heat. taste salt if you feel its less add more.
serve hot.
