Vegetable Pizza with tikka flavor veges and lots of cheese. Best for veggie lovers.
Serving= makes about 4 small size 8 inch pizzas
Ingredients,
For dough,
Bread flour/ plain flour 500 g
Fast action dried yeast 14 g
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
oil 1/8 cup
water 1-1/2 cup (on room temperature)
For sauce,
Tomato puree 140-150
garlic chopped 1 tbsp
oil 1 tbsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
crushed red chili 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
Other ingredients,
onion as required
mushroom as required
capsicum as required
olives as rquired
tikka masala as required
butter of greasing
Italian seasoning
red chili flakes
Mozzarella cheese as required
Cheddar cheese as required
Directions,
For pizza dough,

1. In a bowl add flour, salt, yeast and oil. add water a little at a time and mix it.

2. Transfer this to a flat surface and knead for about 7-10 minutes…grease a bowl with oil, keep the dough inside ,cover with cling film and keep it in hot place for 1 hour.

3. After 1 hour you will see its double in size. now punch it back.

4. Cut it in 4 equal parts…cover loosely with plastic wrap… leave it again for 1 hour.

5. After 1 hour you will see its double in size. Now its ready to use.
For Pizza sauce,

1. Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add garlic chopped, stir. 2. Add tomato puree with 1/2 cup water. 3. Add red chili flakes 1 tsp, Italian seasoning 1 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp, sugar 1/2 tsp. 4. Stir ,bring it to 1 boil, turn off the heat. Let it cool.
For assembling and toppings,

1. Take capsicum, mushrooms and onions and any other veges of your choice, saute them with 1 tsp garlic and 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp tikka masala…for 30 seconds… do not over cook them because they will loose their colour.

Roll 1 piece of dough, keep it in greased pan apply 2-3 tbsp pizza sauce.

Now keep mozzarella cheese on it,then some veges.

Again keep mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese and on top again veges with olives. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning. Brush edges with butter.

Bake in a preheated oven on 175 C for almost 20 minutes.
