Crispy out side tender inside chicken hot shots…

Ingredients, For chicken marination, List 1
- Chicken boneless in cubes 500 g (1/2 kg)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
For Coating, List 2.
- Plain flour 6 tbsp
- Corn flour 6 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Milk as required for making batter
Directions,
- 1. Take boneless chicken, cut in small cubes.
- 2. Marinate chicken with all above list 1 ingredients.
- 3. Now add all list 2 ingredients in a bowl , make slightly thick batter with chilled milk.
- 4. Now first roll chicken in plain flour, then in batter, then fry it in medium hot oil.
