Pakistani bakeries have different kind of biscuits and I love them all. They have my childhood memories and these egg biscuits were my favorite when I was in Pakistan. So today made them and wow trust me they taste exactly like we used to eat in those Pakistani bakeries. Try and tell how you find them 🙂
In USA they are called vanilla waffers

- Butter unsalted  100 g (room temperature)
- Icing sugar  125 g (sifted)
- Eggs  2-1/2  (room temperature)
- Plain flour  150 g
- Baking powder  1 tsp
- Vanilla extract  1 tsp
