Crispy flaky spicy samosa in Desi Chinese style. Made with noodles and chicken.There are so many versions of this famous samosa,do try my way of making it,you would definitely love it. Make ,freeze and enjoy with afternoon tea or eat in breakfast like meĀ š . Also try my other samosa recipes.

Ingredients
List 1 for samosa pastry
Plain flourĀ 250 g
Clarified butter (ghee)Ā 2 tbsp heaped
Salt 1/2 tsp
Whole cuminĀ 1 tsp
List 2 for filling
Chicken minceĀ 1 cup (almost 200 g)
Boiled noodles or spaghettiĀ 1-1/2 cup
OnionĀ 1 medium
Green chiliĀ 1
OilĀ 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic choppedĀ 3/4 tbsp
Fajita seasoningĀ 1 tbsp
Worcester sauceĀ 3 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauceĀ 1 tbsp
SaltĀ as required
Lemon juiceĀ 2 tbsp

First for samosa pastry, add all list 1 ingredients in a bowl.

Rub with fingers until mix well and crumbly.

Add some water and knead a medium consistency dough. Apply some oil ,cover and set a side for 15 minutes.

Now for chicken filling, heat a wok, add in 2 tbsp oil and ginger garlic chopped. Stir few seconds.

Add in chicken mince , stir on high heat.

Cook until all extra juices from chicken evaporates, then add fajita seasoning. Mix well.
Mix well, taste salt and turn off the heat. Let it cool completely.

Now make 16 small balls from the dough. I am using this pastry mold for samosa folding, you can make any shape you like.
Now roll the balls with a little flour. Do not use too much flour.

Place the rolled samosa pastry on mold, keep filling in middle. Brush the edges with a little water.
