1. In a pan add oil and ginger garlic paste. Stir few seconds.

2. Add in chicken mince and stir on high heat until all juices evaporate from it.

3. Now add in salt, green chili chopped, turmeric powder, chat masala powder, coriander powder, whole cumin , mix well.

4. Now add 3 finely chop onions and lemon juice.

5. Stir on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat.

6. Add in chopped coriander.

7. Mix well, taste salt. let it cool.
For Dough

8. Now for dough, add all list 1 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with hands then add water and knead a medium consistency dough.

9. Apply some oil on it , cover and leave it for 20 minutes.

10, Now on a flat surface sprinkle some dry flour and keep this dough on it.

11. Roll it as big as you can.

12. Cut round circles with the help of a bowl.

13. Now cut these circles in middle. Like half moon.Apply water with fingers on this half moon edges. Now fold it like shown in picture, like a triangle. Press the top edge to make it secure.

14. Now fill it with cool chicken filling and press the edges and seal it.
